WHO WE ARE
Sebastians Contractors Limited was created as a joint venture of three experienced construction businesses. Due to variety of tasks and different field of expertise of each of a founders, we decided to create one body that will deal with all aspects of the project in house. We combine aspects from simple property maintenance, through refurbishments, new builds, shop fitting up to security systems and property automation under one roof. We are experienced in work directly with the client as well as architects, local authorities and management of largest shopping centres in UK. Saying that we managed to keep our prices at very competitive level to say the least.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
When you employ Sebastians Contractors, you don't just employ builders. You employ a project manager that you will deal with. We are a small business and project management is done on very personal level. In fact we often stay I touch with our clients long after completion. You will also receive budgets and weekly financial statements same as on every large project to make sure that everyone knows where they are and what they doing. We have to say we never had a dispute, so classic argument with a builder is non existent while working with SCL.

Company has been started by Sebastian Misztal an experienced project manager with background in design, IT and automation who brought together his family and friends. It evolved from kitchen and bathroom fitting to a full complex body of best tradesman. Company succesldfully completed hundreds of jobs at different budgets and of different kinds. We have a lot to show for and still working on more!
